ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Lisa Stander-Horel and Tim Horel are the writing and photography team behind the baking blog Gluten Free Canteen. The authors have been experimenting with gluten-free baking recipe development for over a decade.   2. Lisa, just got the digital version of your cookbook. Just skimming it so far but I’ve already seen about 20 recipes I’d like to make and I’m really enjoying the stories and photos as well. Great job on the cookbook. I’m encouraging others to check it out and buy a copy…maybe two!! Thanks again for giving us some great free recipes and info on your site as well as a great cookbook offering. I may go back to Amazon and buy a hardcopy to donate to the library for their collection.
